Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 7+ years of sales experience (required)
- Experience and relationships in the Air Barrier product category (required)
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic go-to-market and market expansion strategies (required)
- Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
- Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
- Excellent networking and oral & written communication skills
- Strategic builder of product markets and relationships
- Expertise in Air Barriers, including a deep understanding of key players and channels
- Expertise in sales pull through, including strong critical thinking, planning, problem solving, and strategy implementation skills
- Highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with strong follow-through skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive and lead in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and channel strategy, in close collaboration with the VP – Sales and Development team
- Collaborate with the Specifications team to position Stego Air Barriers as the preferred solution provider among architects, distributors, contractors, and industry stakeholders
- Operationalize and drive the execution of market entry and expansion initiatives for Air Barrier brand growth and development
- Develop and execute strategic tactical plans for key and high-value customers, driving revenue growth and long-term relationship opportunities
- Own and drive the revenue performance of Air Barrier products, leading the strategies, processes, operations, and overall target achievement
- Analyze sales data to forecast, identify and evaluate pipeline health, and track target attainment
- Build strong working relationships with key industry influencers and decision makers, including design professionals, distributors, contractors, and other customers
- Represent Stego as a market leader and thought partner at key regional and national trade shows and customer and industry events
- Serve as a Sales Division leader, guiding and supporting culture, pioneering and championing new initiatives
- Establish the Air Barriers Subdivision as a respected and collaborative Company resource
