Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement plans using internal tools and data.
- Drive product adoption by identifying and addressing usage gaps.
- Communicate product value and provide effective customer training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer success.
- Proactively resolve client issues and manage compliance/receivables.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base.
- Monitor at-risk accounts to prevent cancellation.
- Maintain a regular engagement cadence with customers.
