Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer engagement plans using internal tools and data.
  • Drive product adoption by identifying and addressing usage gaps.
  • Communicate product value and provide effective customer training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer success.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and manage compliance/receivables.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base.
  • Monitor at-risk accounts to prevent cancellation.
  • Maintain a regular engagement cadence with customers.
