Requirements

- Strong understanding of healthcare organizations, workflows, and operational models
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing advisory roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM tools and SaaS or healthcare technology platforms
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple enterprise accounts
- Strategic mindset with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within California with occasional travel to Toronto
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic healthcare provider accounts
- Build and maintain long-term account plans aligned with customer goals and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement using data analysis and customer insights
- Drive adoption of solutions and ensure alignment with clinical and operational objectives
- Deliver consultative support to help clients maximize product value and ROI
- Develop narratives and presentations demonstrating product impact and business value
- Identify training, education, and enablement needs across customer organizations
- Facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing among clients and stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams and leadership on strategic initiatives and account execution
