Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a strategic sales, promotional management or commercial account management for an ecommerce customer.
- Proven ability to develop ecommerce 4P strategies and manage a complex assortment effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Vendor / Seller Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Beauty industry background is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the 'Amazon Obsessed with Winning' model by optimizing daily performance and projections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Services & other Pure Player VMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner and execute an advanced, complicated assortment, pricing and promotion strategy.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions to optimize revenue generation.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.
- Drive organic product ranking to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
