Requirements

  • Medical or scientific background preferred; alternatively, business background with significant CRO, CDMO, or biopharma experience
  • Extensive experience managing large strategic accounts at executive level
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level key account management and new customer development
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deal orchestration
  • Strong expertise in drug discovery and pre-clinical development
  • Deep understanding of precision medicine platforms
  • Experience leading through influence in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year account strategies aligned with corporate priorities
  • Own and evolve account plans for top current and future high-value customers
  • Drive revenue growth, retention, satisfaction, and expansion within assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including scientific C-level stakeholders
  • Lead Joint Steering Committees and Quarterly Joint Business Reviews
  • Manage matrix coordination across R&D, Operations, Legal, and Finance
  • Conduct whitespace analysis and semiannual account tiering reviews
