Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in direct account management within CPG sales, including broker management
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed planning and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and performance metrics
  • Experience with sales planning systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings

Responsibilities

  • Deliver profit, volume, distribution, and other agreed-upon KPIs across assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans for both existing business and new growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, value-enhancing relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with Flora Food US objectives
  • Partner closely with Advantage Solutions (broker partner) to evaluate performance, monitor trends, and execute plans effectively
  • Analyze business performance and customer data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
