Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in direct account management within CPG sales, including broker management
- Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills
- Highly developed planning and analytical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and performance metrics
- Experience with sales planning systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings
Responsibilities
- Deliver profit, volume, distribution, and other agreed-upon KPIs across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans for both existing business and new growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, value-enhancing relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with Flora Food US objectives
- Partner closely with Advantage Solutions (broker partner) to evaluate performance, monitor trends, and execute plans effectively
- Analyze business performance and customer data to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
