Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of experience managing large scale program delivery in complex funding environments.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a top private or public sector organization.
- Experience with restricted public funding sources.
- Proven ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into operational systems.
- Experience working cross functionally with finance, grants, and partnership teams.
- Strong technical skills, including data analysis and evaluating third-party tech platforms.
- Strong judgment and comfort managing complex risks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, planning, and execution of cash projects.
- Design and build operational models for new programs.
- Manage partnerships with vendors, subgrantees, and subcontractors.
- Define, track, and report operational and efficiency metrics.
- Identify and de-risk operational vulnerabilities.
- Manage and motivate team members.
- Advance macro-level improvements in U.S. operations.
- Collaborate with Grants team on project funding strategies.
- Maintain relationships with donors and operational partners.
