- Experience with end-to-end technical implementations
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously

- Competency in facilitating meetings and training sessions
- Proficiency with data and systems (e.g., Excel)
- Consultative approach and ability to handle change management
- Experience in accounting/tax industry is a plus
- Experience with workflow or project management software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts.
- Partner with firm administrators and key users to align priorities and maintain momentum.
- Lead kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training sessions.
- Guide customers on workflow setup and platform best practices.
- Support customers in importing contacts and work items ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
- Use AI tools to support project planning, communications, and optimization.
