Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions
- Proficiency with formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage professional relationships with senior finance stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data
- Implement processes and client data within company's environment
- Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
- Advise on budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
- Manage, interpret, and validate all data that is produced by the customer
- Provide recommendations for possible process changes to optimize current procedures
- Build long term strategic relationships with customers
- Gather requirements and follow through with financial reporting support
