Requirements

  • Experience in marketing operations, automation, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools (Marketo, Pendo, Pathfactory, Goldcast, Wistia).
  • Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and continuously monitor ongoing campaigns in Marketo.
  • Build and refine audience segmentation for personalized communications.
  • Create and manage email assets and in-product messages.
  • Oversee campaign-related data management for accuracy and reporting.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure consistent user experience across channels and email touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the operational process of webinar setup with cross-functional partners.
  • Optimize workflows to support webinar registration and attendance.
  • Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing performance to identify insights for conversions.
  • Monitor and report on key email performance KPIs.
