Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or IT network support
  • Computing technology diploma, university degree, or MCSA
  • Knowledge of web server administration using IIS
  • Proficiency with .Net Framework, load balancing, and disaster recovery
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012+
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting
  • Experience using Fiddler or F12 Developer tools
  • Experience with C# for reading logs and identifying errors
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications

Responsibilities

  • Effectively respond to selected customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Delivering remote installation, configuration, and support for Riva Cloud and Riva On-premises customers
  • Providing remote troubleshooting and technical support
  • Assisting in testing and documentation of installation and configuration
  • Documenting activities in Zendesk and creating Jira tickets
  • Escalating support calls to senior team members
  • Maintaining knowledge base and resources
