Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience including admin-level capability
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
  • Experience supporting day-to-day sales and GTM operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a go-to resource for GTM teams on reporting, data, process, and operational questions
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility
  • Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing and reconciliations
  • Keep data accurate and processes consistent across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack
  • Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
  • Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks
  • Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day
