Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience including admin-level capability
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
- Experience supporting day-to-day sales and GTM operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to resource for GTM teams on reporting, data, process, and operational questions
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility
- Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing and reconciliations
- Keep data accurate and processes consistent across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack
- Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
- Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks
- Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day
