Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement roles with a focus on analytics, reporting, or process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for revenue teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Proactive, high-agency mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Training initiatives by collaborating with Sales leadership to design, deliver, and optimize onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Improve and streamline sales and marketing processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflow enhancements.
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) data accuracy, governance, and hygiene across all sales and marketing activities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align revenue strategies and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Support automation and optimization of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
