- Familiarity with SQL or Python
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client support for regulatory filing requests and compliance-related inquiries
- Manage and track cases using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Act as a liaison between clients, compliance consultants, analysts, and product teams
- Monitor, interpret, and validate incoming data
- Deliver clear status updates, reports, and communications
- Educate clients on platform features and services
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of cases
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support regulatory workflows throughout their full lifecycle
- Participate in cross-functional coordination
