Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client support for regulatory filing requests and compliance-related inquiries
  • Manage and track cases using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Act as a liaison between clients, compliance consultants, analysts, and product teams
  • Monitor, interpret, and validate incoming data
  • Deliver clear status updates, reports, and communications
  • Educate clients on platform features and services
  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of cases
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support regulatory workflows throughout their full lifecycle
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination
