Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Superior case management, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.
- Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with Comprehensive clients to provide best in class customer service.
- Provide weekly reports to firm stakeholders regarding on-going matters.
- Build partnerships with Compliance Consultants.
- Nurture cross-departmental collaboration to enhance client experience.
- Educate clients on the Comply for RIA platform features.
- Manage regulatory support case details in Salesforce.
- Triage incoming requests and manage a book of cases.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the product team for software enhancement.
