Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quote to cash.
- Generate invoices and quotes.
- Reconcile discrepancies and track receivables.
- Manage collections and communicate with customers/sales on invoicing.
- Support revenue reporting and review SQL query outputs.
- Optimize and upgrade financial systems like QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
- Drive process improvements and automation projects.
