  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and funnel psychology.
  • Analytical mindset for performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience with founder-led content strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage high-performing LinkedIn content, carousels, and hooks.
  • Identify content angles that attract high-intent B2B prospects and decision-makers.
  • Turn content engagement (likes, comments, DMs) into meaningful, relationship-driven conversations.
  • Qualify prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
  • Build simple inbound funnels and develop lead magnets and nurture flows.
  • Collaborate with the founder on messaging, audience positioning, and conversion quality.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize funnel conversion rates.
  • Support early-stage sales conversations as needed.
