- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and funnel psychology.
- Analytical mindset for performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of pipeline outcomes.
- Experience with founder-led content strategies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-performing LinkedIn content, carousels, and hooks.
- Identify content angles that attract high-intent B2B prospects and decision-makers.
- Turn content engagement (likes, comments, DMs) into meaningful, relationship-driven conversations.
- Qualify prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
- Build simple inbound funnels and develop lead magnets and nurture flows.
- Collaborate with the founder on messaging, audience positioning, and conversion quality.
- Analyze content performance and optimize funnel conversion rates.
- Support early-stage sales conversations as needed.
