  • Experience managing programs or leading initiatives with a focus on empowering others
  • Proven experience in executing content strategies and engagement campaigns
  • Event planning and execution skills for virtual and in-person initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online community platforms like Discourse, Circle, or Slack
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker to track performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community members
  • Create and curate content like newsletters and blog posts
  • Maintain the community playbook and engagement policies
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual community engagement events
  • Serve as an Andela representative at community events
  • Collect and analyze feedback to inform organizational decisions
  • Manage and support the Champions and Innovators programs
