- Experience managing programs or leading initiatives with a focus on empowering others
- Proven experience in executing content strategies and engagement campaigns
- Event planning and execution skills for virtual and in-person initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online community platforms like Discourse, Circle, or Slack
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker to track performance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members
- Create and curate content like newsletters and blog posts
- Maintain the community playbook and engagement policies
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual community engagement events
- Serve as an Andela representative at community events
- Collect and analyze feedback to inform organizational decisions
- Manage and support the Champions and Innovators programs
