Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and other technical software/databases.
- Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand written information.
Responsibilities
- Prepare general correspondence and emails.
- Receive and input matter assignments into company systems.
- Ensure timely review and submission of client invoices.
- Maintain hard copy, electronic, and archived matter-related files.
- Process legal subpoenas.
- Schedule and organize meetings and activities for the department.
- Process check requests and third-party invoices.
- Assist with client collections.
