Requirements

  • High school diploma with some college (Associate degree or higher desired).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and other technical software/databases.
  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and understand written information.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare general correspondence and emails.
  • Receive and input matter assignments into company systems.
  • Ensure timely review and submission of client invoices.
  • Maintain hard copy, electronic, and archived matter-related files.
  • Process legal subpoenas.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and activities for the department.
  • Process check requests and third-party invoices.
  • Assist with client collections.
