Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-complexity distressed commercial real estate loans
- Focusing on rent-regulated multifamily assets in NYC
- Develop and execute resolution plans including loan modifications
- Forbearances
- Restructurings
- Review
- Interpret
- Negotiate commercial loan documents
- Conduct underwriting of rent-regulated properties and perform financial modeling
- Lead negotiations with institutional borrowers and manage judicial foreclosure processes and REO assets.
