Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on US real estate underwriting experience
- Expertise in SFR and small multifamily properties
- Proven ability to independently classify deals
- Deep understanding of ARV analysis and investor buy boxes
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong understanding of US residential real estate financing
- Ability to drive deals from intake to completion
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Monitor Austin-area MLS daily for properties within buy box
- Review and classify inbound deals from agents and wholesalers
- Validate property, comp, rental, and market data
- Build and maintain pro formas and financial models
- Evaluate exit strategies including flip, BRRRR, and hold
- Deliver investment-ready recommendations
- Coordinate inspections and walkthroughs
- Maintain deal tracking systems and data integrity
- Act as point of contact for external partners
