Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales or fundraising experience.
- Focus on new business development.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Proven success in outbound (cold) pipeline development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing pipeline, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Professionally trained in consultative sales techniques (preferred).
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising or corporate partnerships (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a Market Development Team of 2–4 managers.
- Establish performance expectations and pipeline management standards.
- Oversee team pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Lead the execution of new business prospecting strategies.
- Analyze market and campaign performance to optimize outreach.
- Personally manage and cultivate a portfolio of strategic new business opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and mission-facing teams.
