  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility in shifting priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for talent acquisition process and process improvement.
  • Experience with ATS systems (preferred).
  • Experience with compensation negotiation (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and job descriptions.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with OFCCP and EEO regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Conduct intake meetings and provide recruitment training to hiring managers.
  • Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity.
