Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a tech company or a tech-focused agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions simultaneously
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and across all seniority levels
- Comfortable using an ATS (Rippling)
- Experience with structured interviewing and competency-based evaluation
- Flexibility across time zones, working seamlessly with global teams
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, sales, and operational roles across the business
- Partner with hiring managers from kick-off through offer, acting as a true talent advisor
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines using a mix of outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative channels
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., sourcing assistants, screening tools, CRM automation) to increase throughput and quality
- Track and report on recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates — and surface insights to drive improvement
- Contribute to team projects beyond recruiting; onboarding, process documentation, DEI initiatives, employer branding, or HRIS optimization
- Identify and flag process gaps; don't just work within the system — help improve it
