- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience
- Proven success in full cycle recruiting at a small fast-paced or scaling technology company
- Recruiting experience across diverse functions (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Greenhouse ATS experience
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills
- Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function
- In-depth experience handling compensation and benefits questions
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Execution-focused, resourceful, and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and scorecards
- Drive strong pipelines from kickoff through candidate close
- Screen and engage inbound candidates with same-day responsiveness
- Use outbound techniques to identify and recruit targeted candidates
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience and represent the company in the market
- Prepare hiring managers for interviews and drive decision-making
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse
- Meet hiring timelines while prioritizing quality
