Requirements

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience
  • Proven success in full cycle recruiting at a small fast-paced or scaling technology company
  • Recruiting experience across diverse functions (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
  • Greenhouse ATS experience
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills
  • Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function
  • In-depth experience handling compensation and benefits questions
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Execution-focused, resourceful, and highly organized

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and scorecards
  • Drive strong pipelines from kickoff through candidate close
  • Screen and engage inbound candidates with same-day responsiveness
  • Use outbound techniques to identify and recruit targeted candidates
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience and represent the company in the market
  • Prepare hiring managers for interviews and drive decision-making
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse
  • Meet hiring timelines while prioritizing quality
