Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
Proficiency with or ability to learn HR databases (SuccessFactors) and applicant tracking software (Lever).
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and general recruitment strategies.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Proven ability to recruit diverse talent.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships, time, and multiple tasks effectively.
Data-driven mindset and results-oriented approach.
APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, or TAS certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is preferred.
Experience recruiting for non-profit roles in advocacy, organizing, or public policy is preferred.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions from entry-level to manager, including temporary hires.
Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural addition.
Execute recruitment workflows within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to reduce time-to-fill.
Maintain accurate recruitment analytics, pipeline data, and KPIs within Lever ATS and SuccessFactors.
Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding logistics.
Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, provide updates, and guide data-driven selection decisions.
Engage external networks, universities, and professional associations to build diverse candidate pools.
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
