Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Experience with customer service and contract management.
- Negotiation or sales experience.
- Prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication skills for phone conversations.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own customer contract processes and renewals.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the contract renewal process.
- Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
- Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews.
- Contribute to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
- Engage multiple customers via phone calls (42 calls a month) to maximize investment value.
