Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Experience with customer service and contract management.
  • Negotiation or sales experience.
  • Prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear communication skills for phone conversations.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer contract processes and renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the contract renewal process.
  • Establish cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews.
  • Contribute to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
  • Engage multiple customers via phone calls (42 calls a month) to maximize investment value.
