Responsibilities
- Manage game events and coordinate maintenance schedules for games and promotions
- Configure games remotely and verify results to ensure seamless player experiences
- Communicate with business stakeholders and third-party providers to implement product changes
- Diagnose crashes, validate data, and report bugs with precision and clarity
- Adapt games and promotions to meet evolving business requirements
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when needed
