Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or sleep medicine.
  • Demonstrated success selling into IDNs, health systems, or strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Ability to independently drive complex sales opportunities to closure.
  • Experience navigating environments involving executive leadership, procurement, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with industry-leading CRM or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and strategic account objectives.
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships within targeted IDNs, health systems, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic account plans.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account documentation in Salesforce.
  • Lead complex sales cycles across multi-site healthcare organizations.
  • Develop business cases and value propositions aligning solutions with customer objectives.
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, and reimbursement teams to support account growth.
