Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or sleep medicine.
- Demonstrated success selling into IDNs, health systems, or strategic healthcare accounts.
- Ability to independently drive complex sales opportunities to closure.
- Experience navigating environments involving executive leadership, procurement, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of two years’ experience with industry-leading CRM or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and strategic account objectives.
- Develop and expand strategic relationships within targeted IDNs, health systems, and enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic account plans.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account documentation in Salesforce.
- Lead complex sales cycles across multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Develop business cases and value propositions aligning solutions with customer objectives.
- Partner with marketing, clinical, and reimbursement teams to support account growth.
