Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in games or relevant creative industries.
- 3+ years of specific experience in crowdfunding.
- Deep understanding of the Kickstarter platform, product, and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans with data-driven results.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Experience engaging with the press and representing a company at industry events.
- Ability to assess project quality, innovation, and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Games creators.
- Track creator interactions and manage service-level agreements.
- Develop category-specific educational resources.
- Serve as a brand representative at industry events and through press appearances.
- Establish partnerships to expand the referral pipeline.
- Execute outreach strategies to meet revenue and retention targets.
- Advocate for creator needs and surface feedback to internal product teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to highlight success stories.
