Requirements

- Background in pharmacy (degree, certification, or substantial experience preferred)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Discretion in handling confidential information
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, accounts reconciliation, and basic financial reporting
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and partners
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and educational materials
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support special projects as needed in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
