Requirements

- Experience in a trade or service industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with SimPRO
- Familiarity with Xero
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage job scheduling and coordinate service appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices
- Update and maintain client databases
- Monitor incoming work orders
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions in Xero
- Process Simpro-to-Xero data transfers
- Support management with reporting and timesheets
