- Comfortable working directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Track record of establishing strong engineering practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
