Requirements
- 10+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in geospatial software/services.
- Proven experience in sales leadership managing account executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/GIS, Geography or related field.
- Experience with BANT qualification methodology and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, proposing, and winning contracts.
- Strong skills in contract review, risk assessment, and negotiation.
- Expertise in selling to state, regional, and local government entities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute revenue generation strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives.
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and account planning.
- Collaborate with internal geospatial and consulting units.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Work with marketing on demand generation and campaign strategy.
- Stay current on industry and government market trends.
