Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in geospatial software/services.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership managing account executive teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/GIS, Geography or related field.
  • Experience with BANT qualification methodology and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, proposing, and winning contracts.
  • Strong skills in contract review, risk assessment, and negotiation.
  • Expertise in selling to state, regional, and local government entities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute revenue generation strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Collaborate with internal geospatial and consulting units.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Work with marketing on demand generation and campaign strategy.
  • Stay current on industry and government market trends.
