Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in health sales and business expansion
- Proven track record of success in enterprise settings
- Proven results running long sales cycles (9-15 months)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care
- Ability to build relationships with C-level IT executives, physicians, and health system leaders
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and projecting contract values
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to expand prospect list using Definitive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships through qualification and discovery
- Perform needs assessment and identify pain points
- Own and drive proposal planning, development, and delivery
- Own and drive contract creation and legal review process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Product, Sales Ops, and Finance
- Manage and maintain accurate sales funnel in Salesforce.com
- Provide accurate financial projections to executive leadership
