Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in health sales and business expansion
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise settings
  • Proven results running long sales cycles (9-15 months)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level IT executives, physicians, and health system leaders
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and projecting contract values

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to expand prospect list using Definitive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships through qualification and discovery
  • Perform needs assessment and identify pain points
  • Own and drive proposal planning, development, and delivery
  • Own and drive contract creation and legal review process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Product, Sales Ops, and Finance
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales funnel in Salesforce.com
  • Provide accurate financial projections to executive leadership
