Requirements
- Bachelors degree required (Masters degree is a plus).
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health tech, or complex service environments.
- 10+ years of performance improvement practice.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level.
- Experience leading cross-functional operating teams and horizontal functions.
- Systems thinking capability.
- Proven experience building processes and forums to drive organizational alignment.
- Effective influence, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in virtual healthcare or digitally enabled care models preferred.
- Lean training or continuous improvement methodology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the AI-forward Care Teams Management System.
- Develop 3-year roadmap for Care Teams Operational Excellence.
- Represent Care Teams in corporate strategy and planning processes.
- Establish methods and tools to accelerate performance improvement.
- Redesign processes for AI integration and consistency.
- Lead horizontal departments including data analytics, staffing, and credentialing.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and leader development.
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Care Delivery Operations Officer.
