Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management.
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth, evolving organizations.
- Experience overseeing large, distributed, or field-based frontline workforces.
- Track record of translating strategy into operational execution across functions.
- Demonstrated systems thinking to diagnose root causes and design execution mechanisms.
- Experience building management systems (operating cadence, metrics, escalation).
- Experience managing complex cross-functional clinical/operational environments.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to align executive teams.
- Excellent communication skills for boards and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large organizations through rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Establish an operating cadence aligning clinical, CalAIM, regional, and patient engagement teams.
- Design and implement a company-wide operating rhythm including performance reviews and planning processes.
- Partner with Regional General Managers to ensure accountability and consistent local leadership.
- Evaluate and optimize workflow friction across clinical, community health, and operational functions.
- Strengthen the operating model for community health worker teams.
- Ensure operational workflows align with payer requirements.
- Build operational visibility and performance tracking across markets.
- Prepare the organization for geographic expansion and increased complexity.
