Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles (CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing)
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, telecom, or cloud communications
- Proven experience in channel marketing and partner ecosystem development
- Experience working with VoIP / UCaaS companies
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing strategies and teams
- Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and results
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global marketing strategy across channel and direct sales motions
- Drive the transition toward a balanced go-to-market approach
- Build and manage relationships with IT partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Develop and implement a scalable marketing playbook
- Lead and align external agencies and distributed marketing teams
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships
- Analyze market trends and performance data
- Optimize marketing budget allocation and ROI
- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence
