Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, customer service management, supply chain coordination, or project execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (buyers, vendors, internal teams) effectively.
  • Strong English communication skills with precise tone control under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues independently before escalating.
  • High attention to detail in order tracking, documentation, and system updates.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing, partially undefined operational environments.
  • Strong bias toward action and ability to stay calm under high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own all shared inboxes and respond to inbound messages within the same business day.
  • Monitor active orders from confirmation to delivery, detecting and resolving mismatches or fulfillment issues.
  • Manage real-time execution of supply chain events, including logistics and vendor readiness.
  • Oversee full buyer and vendor onboarding lifecycle from initiation to activation.
  • Maintain and update operational workflows and system tools including Airtable, Slack, and CRM.
  • Deliver daily operational summaries identifying risks, bottlenecks, and unresolved issues.
