Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, customer service management, supply chain coordination, or project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (buyers, vendors, internal teams) effectively.
- Strong English communication skills with precise tone control under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues independently before escalating.
- High attention to detail in order tracking, documentation, and system updates.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, partially undefined operational environments.
- Strong bias toward action and ability to stay calm under high-pressure scenarios.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Own all shared inboxes and respond to inbound messages within the same business day.
- Monitor active orders from confirmation to delivery, detecting and resolving mismatches or fulfillment issues.
- Manage real-time execution of supply chain events, including logistics and vendor readiness.
- Oversee full buyer and vendor onboarding lifecycle from initiation to activation.
- Maintain and update operational workflows and system tools including Airtable, Slack, and CRM.
- Deliver daily operational summaries identifying risks, bottlenecks, and unresolved issues.
