Responsibilities

  • Control shared inboxes and manage real-time communication across buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor active orders from confirmation to delivery, resolving mismatches or fulfillment issues.
  • Execute food supply chain events including run-of-show, materials, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Own buyer and vendor onboarding from initiation to activation.
  • Maintain operational workflows and update system status in tools like Airtable and CRM.
  • Deliver daily operational summaries to surface risks, bottlenecks, and unresolved issues.
