Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in commercial banking, financial services, or procurement.
- 3+ years experience in RFP process management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing complex RFPs and proposals.
- Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and source RFP opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission.
- Coordinate cross-functional team contributions.
- Transform complex information into persuasive written content.
- Draft response deliverables and manage project workflows.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage multiple proposal assignments and meet deadlines.
- Maintain deep knowledge of commercial banking products.
