Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., OB/GYN).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in good standing.
- Significant direct clinical experience in women's or reproductive health.
- Experience in digital health, telemedicine, or clinical operations.
- Experience leading clinicians or clinical teams in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical standards into workflows/policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with quality programs, accreditation, or credentialing.
- Experience supporting product development or program launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of clinicians including performance management.
- Design clinician onboarding, training, and clinical standards.
- Own development of internal clinical resources, playbooks, and SOPs.
- Establish and oversee regular quality reviews and audits.
- Serve as senior clinical escalation point for complex/ambiguous cases.
- Partner with Product and Operations to translate clinical requirements into workflows.
- Contribute to customer-facing clinical content and go-to-market activities.
- Manage credentialing, licensure readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to quality and clinical outcomes.
