- Strong background or interest in longevity medicine and metabolic health.
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience.
- Significant experience in a leadership role within a technology-enabled, virtual-first practice.
- Experience in both direct pay and insurance-based practice models.
- Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear strategic plans.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like product and operations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration and development of metabolic health and longevity protocols.
- Serve as clinical lead for Legal and Compliance matters.
- Partner with CMO, CEO, and leadership to align clinical innovation with company goals.
- Evaluate and maintain external clinical partnerships.
- Generate clinical perspective documents and blueprints for the Product team.
- Develop and evolve clinician training programs.
- Establish and oversee Clinical Practice Guidelines (CGLs).
- Accountable for clinician performance and high-quality, cost-effective practice.
- Supervise the Associate Medical Director in quality management and provider education.
