Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development.
  • Proven ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions and migration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic relationship with AWS to drive measurable growth.
  • Manage alignment across partner programs, incentives, funding, and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Bridge communication between internal teams and AWS field organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner Operations on co-sell motions.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and GTM strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health.
  • Analyze partnership health using CRM and data visualization tools.
