Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of generating partner-sourced or influenced revenue.
  • Understanding of SaaS ecosystems including CDPs, marketing platforms, and cloud providers.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts like APIs and data flows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute structured co-sell motions with strategic technology partners.
  • Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner introductions and joint positioning.
  • Act as a connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage and grow relationships with major ISVs through QBRs and joint planning.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Lead partner enablement, including training and content creation.
  • Support co-marketing and integration initiatives.
