Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of generating partner-sourced or influenced revenue.
- Understanding of SaaS ecosystems including CDPs, marketing platforms, and cloud providers.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts like APIs and data flows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute structured co-sell motions with strategic technology partners.
- Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner introductions and joint positioning.
- Act as a connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage and grow relationships with major ISVs through QBRs and joint planning.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
- Lead partner enablement, including training and content creation.
- Support co-marketing and integration initiatives.
