Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a US-focused employer acquisition strategy to secure internship placements.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of employer relationships.
- Design and implement sales strategies, tools, and processes to meet partnership goals.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and outreach strategies.

- Manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with employer partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for host employers regarding program compliance.
- Advocate for employer needs while aligning with program standards.
