Requirements
- Two to six years of customer-facing or technical delivery experience within the cybersecurity technology sector.
- Proven proficiency in correlating data across disparate security silos including Endpoint, Network, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Technical literacy working with REST APIs, JSON structures, internet protocols, and data structures including CSV and SQL.
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures to independently resolve technical implementation blockers and feature requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale technical relationships to guide customers in building solutions for cloud discovery, EDR correlation, and vulnerability data integration.
- Execute technical reviews and document platform business impact, feature requests, and adoption blockers to align development with customer value.
- Train customers on product usage, Advanced Query Wizard logic, and building automated workflows such as ticketing for high-risk assets.
- Monitor implementation risk factors, track shifts in customer leadership, and execute remediation plans to resolve deployment hurdles.
