Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience editing short-form vertical video for social media.
  • Portfolio showcasing current work, including organic content, UGC, and paid social ads.
  • Experience with hook-led structure, retention curves, and ad creative principles.
  • Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
  • Working knowledge of AI editing tools like Descript, CapCut, Submagic, or Adobe Enhance.
  • Proficiency in advanced, well-timed, and readable captioning.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn FDA marketing compliance for compounded medications and health advertising.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 12–16 short-form educational videos per month (15–90 seconds).
  • Cut 8–15 paid ad variations per month for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce multiple variants of ad concepts for creative testing.
  • Edit UGC submissions from real customers and creators into authentic-feeling content.
  • Use AI tools strategically for auto-captioning, transcript-based editing, and B-roll generation.
  • Apply consistent brand standards across all assets.
  • Implement compliance reviewer feedback across multiple rounds of revisions.
  • Maintain organized project files and asset archives.
