- Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency
- Fluent in English
- High ownership and experimental mindset
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content with a focus on visual coherence
- Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows
- Utilise AI tools like Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
- Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction
- Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques
- Align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy
- Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality
