Ability to identify viral moments without exact timestamps.
High internet IQ with understanding of Twitch, Kick, and creator culture.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Skilled in adding captions, visual emphasis, and sound design.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to produce finished clips quickly (ideally within 30 minutes).
Portfolio of short-form video samples required for application.
